These terms and agreements (“Agreement”) govern the provision of mentorship services (“Services”) by Top Tier Interpreting, hereafter referred to as the “Mentor,” to individuals or entities engaging in mentorship programs (“Students”).
The Mentor agrees to provide mentorship and guidance to the Student in the fields of healthcare and legal interpreting with the aim of helping the Student reach their goals. The Mentor will offer advice, share expertise, and provide support as deemed appropriate.
The Mentor explicitly states that the Services provided do not include the issuance of any certification or license. The Mentor’s role is strictly limited to mentorship and guidance. The Mentor does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from the mentorship process.
The Mentor does not offer refunds for the Services provided. Once payment has been made, it is non-refundable.
Both the Mentor and the Student agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the mentorship sessions. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, personal information, and trade secrets.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the Mentor will not be obligated to provide any further Services, and any remaining fees will not be refunded.
The Mentor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the provision of the Services, including but not limited to, any errors or omissions in the content provided.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Mentor and the Student concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
By engaging in the mentorship program, the Student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and agreements.
